Luella all dressed up for Church Sunday!

 Sadly, there really isn't many pictures these days with me and Luella together or really me with any of my kids. So I asked Matthew to take a picture of me with her.

9 months old! 3.10.12

Today Luella is 9 months old!

 She really enjoys her baths! She has so much fun, that she sometimes will get upset when I take her out.

 Later on in the day she wasn't feeling very well and seemed to be running a slight fever. So she was really touchy and clingy here.

 Then she fell asleep in my arms.

  But thankfully, after her little nap she seemed to be feeling much better! Here she is eating a piece of cheese. I think this was the first time I had her try cheese. I think she liked it, at least at first, after a while she seemed done with it and spit some out! Ha!

 Later I gave her some egg yolk for the first time to try. 

 I don't think she was too crazy about it. Up until now she has liked pretty much everything I have fed her. 

But I don't really blame her, egg yolk can be a little icky at first or take some time to get use to.

 She's thinking, "what is this gross stuff you gave me to eat mom?!"

And then she was totally done with it, and started to play with it and then smeared it in her eye! Ha!

You can see for yourself what she thought of them! Haha!

Feeding his sister 3.9.12

The boys decided they wanted to feed Luella. So they got her chair out, and set it on the floor, put her in it and asked for something to give her. So Here is Samuel feeding her yogurt mixed with bananas.

It's so cute to watch him give her bites. You can tell that he's opening his mouth too while giving her a bit!

She kept trying to grab the spoon out of his hand (her being independent wanting to feed herself), Samuel thought it was hilarious!

Luella really gets to jumping and bouncing and dancing when any music is being played. She just LOVES it! She usually gets even more into it then what shows here, but you get the idea!

Matthew's 27th Birthday 3.8.12

 The naked butt card. Yeah, Isaac picked it out and insisted we get that for him!! He just kept laughing at it in the store. He was like "mom, we have to get this for Daddy".

 The inside says "I thought you might expect a few cracks about your age". I love Isaac's laughing face here!

Matthew's birthday continued...

 His gift from the kids was a couple movies, and some yummy treats!

 Another gift, I think this was from Mom & Dad and the gang.. he got several movies from them.

 Getting ready to do the dirt cake. Matthew isn't a fan of regular cake with frosting, so he always likes something different. This is the second year in a row that he's asked for dirt cake.

 Singing to himself along with the boys. It was cute!

 The poor "Happy birthday" candles didn't hold up and kept sinking down and turning around. Not a good choice for candles to go in dirt cake.... I'll have to remember that!

 I found some cool chocolate candy rocks at T.J. Maxx, so I sprinkled those on top of the dirt!

 This guitar case was Matthew's gift from me. Although he knew he was getting this, especially after he found it hidden in the boys closet the day before. Big turd!

 Luella was dancing and jumping up and down like crazy, she almost jumped right out of Aunt Jamie's arms!

Yeah, she get's pretty excited when Daddy plays and sings!
